The Howard Government Have Got Back In
Shame On Anyone Who Voted For The Liberal Party
You Have Been Bullied And Sucked In To Believe the Interest Rate Lies And Bullshit
I Will Be Laughing When They Do Go Up Anyway , When Telstra is sold , when howard pulls the pin leaving us the costello , when the troops never return , when the education gets screwed , When Hospitals Get Worse When Logging Continues In Tassie etc
i Feel Sorry For Anyone At Uni Who Will Now Have Increased Hex Fees.
But This Is Whats Best For Us Huh?
The Australian Public Are A Bunch A Dumbcunts And Yuppies.
Supporting Liberals is Supporting Religious UpperClass Rich Kids WHo Dont Give A Stuff About Average Aussies At All.
A Very Sad Day.

The stand out factor in all this for me, is the 25% increase on HEX fees. I was already in absolute conflict over paying for uni and making the right decisions. The added financial burden is just what i needed. I suspect however that no government would be able to prevent rising costs at uni so i wont make little johnny the sacrificial lamb of the story.
Im doing a 15 page inquiry project at the moment on our compulsory voting system and have been writing non-stop all day. The basic jist of it is i agree with our system... With your informed position on the punkvoter campaign etc let me know if you guys have anything to ad on the subject.
Compulsory VS. Voluntary Voting

The Only Thing I Have Against Complosry Is That Too Many People Just Dont Know Whats Going On And Just Waste There Votes Because They Have To Do It.

I think if you had non compulsary voting it would be even worse, a lot of people are so jaded they wouldn't bother, atleast if they do, they atleast vote for aparty that can do something for them, stoners for example, would be more likely to vote for the greens, if they didn't have to vote, they wouldn't, greens wouldn't have as much power, or a possibility there of. A pretty weak example I know, but I'm just about apolitical as it is. People in most cases tend to vote for what helps them, except for the stupid and misinformed. If people had been given more information this time around, and known more about policies instead of this Interest Rate crap that was pushed down our throats, it may have made a great deal of difference. Propaganda is important! On a lighter note:

According to the Mayan calender, we only have, oh say about one month and eight years to live before the end of the world.
Everything seems to be going to plan, strangely enough the illuminati's plans to take over the world seem to be progressing as well...
