if i voted id vote greens, its not like they will ever win, ive never read any of their policies but they seem like the most left party in australian politics at the moment. but im only 17... howard and latham are both penis's, if i had to pick out of them i think Howard would do a better job, even if he does suck Bush's dick alot

as much as howard sucks dick he has got the country out of debt, mark laitham seems a bit more in touch with the people but i dunno he seems like a bit of a story teller. i think id vote for the donkey.

Its been postponed? ?? Is that for real? I wouldve thought the timing of this terrorist attack just before the election would work in Howard's favour.

The election campaign has been postponed, the election will go a head, they just have other things to focus on at the moment.
From what I\ve heard about the terrorist attack - in the talk back section, and not so much mainstream media which love to hype things up - the bomb was closer to the Russian embassy - which makes a lot of sense, I'm not sure how true that is. I'm sick of sensationalism.
I'll be voting Labor, I don't ever want to see that smug self satisfied prick Costello running the country, I prefer Latham, Labors policies (which may never come through but eh). John Howard has had his time.

yeh IMO Latham is the lesser of the two evils, he also which i know only plays a minor role in what id choose him for but he is far more "aussie" than costello, howard. He represents the aussie ideal much moreso. Like i said i would never vote for him purely for the sake of this and i think donkey votes or voting for a different one would be throwing your vote away. so yeh latham for me, but im only 17 so i dont need to vote this year.

from what i've learnt at uni, a lot of the positive things that have happened in this country have occurred under a labour government. I actually find Latham likeable... john howard is a fucking tosser. He wishes he was fucking american.

From watching the debate the other night i actually feel that i perhaps prefer howard. But how catchy is Lathams unofficial campaign slogan "Ease the Squeeze" . One day all the half assed green party votes will add up to enough to give those hippies government, then we'll be sorry.

How could anyone vote for Howard? ,
All Hes Done Is Lie To The Public For Years On End , Kiss Ass To Bush , Send Us To A War We Shouldnt Be Involved In , Brought In GST After He Said He Wouldnt etc etc.
Ill Be Voting For Latham , He Seems Like A Real Down To Earth Aussie , Howard Just Is An Upperclass Rich Boy Supporting The Rich And Not the Poor. As All Liberals Do.
The Debate Was Great , Howard Showed How Stupid He Is , Dodging Questions With Half Undesicive Answers While Latham Just talked It Straight.
It Will Be A Dark Day For Australia If The Monkey Man Is Re-ellected.

There used to be a Communist party, but I think it died off in the 50s or 60s. It wasn't very popular. Well, with people in power that is.
