ive just kinda gotten into the punk scene in the last 3-4 months, I just got my first Rancid album having heard some of their music at a friends house and i must say that "AOCTW" is one of the best albums i have bought in a long while, EVERY SONG ON IT OWNS ! i was just wondering if any people here would reccomend any other albums as "must haves" with the same sorta sound as Rancid.

Rancid Have much better cds than that, though that is a good cd. Try Lets Go, Life Wont Wait and Self Titled '93, in that order

I dont own any rancid albums... but i ahve heard songs by them.
I heard ruby soho the other day for the first time on tv (which might i add, showed other songs with that lars chap and the bastards, and many a cool band) and i thought it was great. are most of rancid songs the same type like that?

'And out come the wolves' is my favourite rancid album even though some people say that its to melodic/poppy.
The other rancid cd i own is 'Let's Go' and thats good too. If your looking for another rancid album get lets go.

If only they came to Perth on this tour...
AOCTW is indeed a great album. Life Won't Wait is a definite must have.

yeh both the self titleds are a little harder than the rest of rancid cds. The first cd was without Lars Fredericksen
