reading the lyrics and having a look at your website i had a fair idea of what this was gonna sound like and i was suprised by what i heard. Nothing really groundbreaking here just the usual up beat whiny, american voiced pop punk thats been flogged to death.

That said, i did enjoy the first verse to some extent. It wasnt that bad and starts off with a good energy. The guitar lead part sounds quite early blink like but the rest of the song is sort of sped up NFGish.

Being in a band myself i do respect you for making music but its not really my style and it seems your jumping on the bandwagon thats nearly out of petrol.

This is for people interested in generic pop punk.

ps. one thing i forgot to mention, just a bit of constructive critism, i dont think the chorus is powerful. I know you were going for the whole fast verse to slow chorus juxtaposition but it wasnt pulled off to the greatest effect. My advice is to maybe reword it or something. Its needs to be more catchy in your genre of music. The chorus isnt too shaby it just needs some refining. "The blood of Christ" lyric sounds out of place. Possibly even 8 shorter faster sung lines would work better. Just trying to help where i can.

thanks heaps for your input, we are really appreciative and open to any opinions and ideas that anyone can throw our way about our music.
We don't want to be cliche and we're trying hard to get our own sound so we'll take on board any constructive criticism.
I can understand that it may not be your favourite style of music and therefore am grateful that you have been able to offer advice nonetheless.

u guys played at our school the other day (willo) which was great because all we usually get is rape ass hip hop shit.so hearing some punk no matter what it was is great.just one thing perhaps u guys should smile more coz like i didnt even see the slightest hint of a grin the whole time and 2 when u did taht cover of summer holiday u sounded alot like frenzal which is great because alot of aussie bands put on the american accent (like u kinda did) but when u played that song u guys sounded great. anyway keep up the good work and plz come play at our skool again coz taht would be mighty mighty cool.Cheers

PS: my mate reacons the drummer is hot
