they're not - E12:14 & Sommerset are as they are the headlining acts - all local supports are smaller and the same size

its ment to be hardcore vs pop punk, its like a play on words, candy being pop punk.

haha yeah. I dont care much for last years hero. the singer looks like he is the result of midget sex.
My first show was the ataris. I remember feeling pretty intimidated standing outside the amp before the show, being one of the only girls there who wasnt decked out in black. haha.

ahh my first show was the offspring in 99... but that's a big concert, and for some reason, people are less intimidating at them.
My first more local-ish show was at the globe to see Jebediah and One Dollar short. Oh the memories.

I was really freaked out at hardcore candy... i just felt like a reject for some reason. Everyone seemed so much cooler, you know. And now i feel like i belong. Its nice to feel accepted I always feel more comfortable at HQ. Dont know why, but those shows are more friendly than amplifier shows. Do you know what i mean?

oh for sure! I don't know... i don't really go to many shows at the amplifier... haven't been since Day of Contempt... but HQ feels more comfortable to me as well... maybe because the shows seem less publicised so there's more of the regulars and less of the scenesters.
