DUE TO INJURY THAT WAS WORSE THAN 1st THOUGHT, BLOOD DUSTER HAVE BEEN FORCED TO CANCEL THEIR PERTH SHOWS SCHEDULED FOR THIS WEEKEND.
THE SHOWS WILL HOWEVER STILL BE ON WITH THE BILLS RUNNING WITH THE SUPPORT ACTS, LOCAL GIG DOOR CHARGES WITH STILL PLENTY OF METAL TO BE HAD.
MANY APPOLOGIES FOR THE LATE CANCELLATION - BLOODDUSTER WILL BE RESCHEDULING THEIR PERTH SHOWS AS SOON AS TONY HAS RECOVERED
Monster Management
PERTH IS CANCELLED!!!
Tony has been to see a specialist and the verdict is that he is not allowed to play for at least two weeks
possibly longer depending on how his shoulder heals.
if it has not healed well enough he will need to have an operation and have pins put in.
His collarbone was shattered (not mearly broken) at a gig in geelong on friday the 11th during the third song of the set.
He was taken to geelong hospital as soon as we had finished and given the news, unfortunately he had to wait to see a specialist to see whether it would be possible for us to finish the rest of the tour.
I will post the medical certificate soon, (as it makes a funny read) and apologise to everyone who was making the trip to see us.
Unfortunately given the nature of blood duster shows this was bound to happen at some point, but we are sorry that it had to happen when we had so many cool gigs to look forward to.
these gigs will be re scheduled along with the adelaide show that was supposed to hapen on the 13th as soon as we can.
please help us to pass this information along to everyone you know who was planning to go to these shows.
thanks for the understanding
from all in blood duster.
