Thats not the reason for the split, he's been on the run for a fair while. The guitarist has a son now, and the bassist quit, thats the reason for the split.

Remember the old three strikes and you're in that was implemented by the government? Well it's to do with that, but I think it was the fourth time he was caught. Lawyer told him if he showed up to court he'd get locked up, so he skipped.
Possesion of weapons. With intent to cause fear, harm, and so on.

Ben - They were supposed to play on the 22nd with Capital City before they (CC) headed off to Melbourne, but they pulled outta that (I'm assuming due to the split) I was speaking to Jon on Saturday Night and it looks like it's all over. Unfortunately.
Ham - Possession with intent _to cause fear_ or to _harm_. Essentially fancy ways of saying, he had knives.
As for knife to a throat, it was more like a hunting knife in either hand and screaming at some blokes who threw a bottle at him, or he threw a bottle at their car because they threatened Lulu, I forget.

yeah dude that really suxs ay....
now two of the best bands in perth are nomore (well after this weekend)
all we got is project mayhem and homicides....awww

he is crazy..like really crazy
at thier cd launch i bought a cd and then told anton that i was gonna copy it and give it out freely to jewish people....(he was dressed as a nazi at the time) .. he went fukin nuts ay... hehe it was pretty funny.
damn .... they were a good band.
