Has anyone been keepin up with the action of Euro 2004 ( a soccer tournament almost as good as the world cup!) i was not happy this morning when England lost 2-1, when after 89 mins they were winning and France scored 2 goals in injury time  ..... |

Got a fantasy football team in it, something to keep me occupied during the off season. Unfortunately seeing as it's all on fox I've only been able to catch the highlights on sports tonight and the like.
What was Beckhams shot like? I only saw it briefly :/

Yeah but denmark played pretty good and they have a good side, cant remember the name but one of their forwards is one of the fastest cunts around.
at least they didnt concede 2 goals in two mintues. ;D

How about sweden eh?! Fuck Larsson is amazing. I really wish they'd show just a little bit more of the matches on free to air.
Germany Holland will be an interesting match after Rud V N brough up world war two and D-day.

AFL all the way. I asked our guitarist why he likes watching soccer and hes like in footy you kick what 20-30 goals a game while in soccer your lucky to get 2-3 which makes those goals more special. Then i go you gotta sit through two hours of borringness though. didnt say much after that  port had a big win over the dockers last weekend and i got 7 out of 7 for my footy tips.  sydney just gotta beat eddiewood and im in the running for $75, laughin btw rise against you got msn or anything? |

I love the way the Italian media think that the Swedish team and the Danish team are going to conspire to draw 2 - 2 so that Italy goes home. They believe this so much they have sent several extra media teams to cover the game. As much as I want to see Sweden win, I wouldn't mind them drawing with Denmark, cause they'll still get through, and Italy goes home I think Denmarks forward you're rfering to is Tomasson? The love for Football or AFL just comes from your background and what you're raised on or who's family you marry into I guess. I'm scottish, so it's obviously Football over AFL for me. Still, got a lot of time for Union though. |

i hereby hate all swedish and danish people.
not really, but i hate how they kicked italy out. i was watching live and when cassano scored the winner in the last minute of the match i was so ahappy so i was all 'ill check to see what the sweden denamrk match is like' and it had finished and both teams were celebrating and i cried my eyes out, not really but i should have.
so i want netherlands to win.

The didn't kick italty out, they knocked them out I love Ghod, that made my night when I saw it on the news. Italy played pretty poorly in this tournament. And some of their behaviour left a lot to be desired. I hope Advocaat's men fuck up. I just want to see that fat orange prick miserable again. |
