psychobilly is punk with rockabilly influences. Generally has a stand up bass with bass slapping. <3
and yes, it IS the best music. Ever.

Psychobilly has a lot of Horror influences as well, tributes to B Grade Horror are very common.

oh indeedy. I haven't found myself getting into the whole old school b grade horror movies though. I've never been a horror movie fan i guess. funny that, how i love these bands so much yet don't really like what has inspired them. haha.

I got a collection of the finest old school horro on DVD including a few vincent price flicks for $24, I'll lend em to you sometime, they are great.
Frankenstein is superb.
I love B Grade and Slasher Pics. House of 1000 Corpses - Hilarious!

i hated the storyline of house of 1000 corpses.. i thought the visual side of it was pretty good, but nah, didn't like it too much. I liked Shaun of the Dead though

haha fuck the story line, blood! I was laughing my arse off, though the cop execution took a bit too long.
Shaun of the Dead was great. And I rate Exorcist the Begining too,
