my band is an alternative rock band that plays a mix of punk ( Bad Religion, Strung Out, Anti-Flag style stuff )
melody (Thrice, Strike Anywhere, Rise Against style melody)
and Heavier stuff ( Avenged Sevenfold, Thrice, Refused style heavy, we try to stay away from the cliche nu-metal or even metalcore-ey stuff)
singing wise, we have two singers, neither of which can sing particularly brilliantly (im one of em, but we are improving) but at the end of the day punk rock isnt about having talent, just idealism and an attitude
, we kinda just scream and shout a bit like Anti-Flag's singer
lyrically we want to inspire people to become less suceptable to the forces of mass media mind manipulation and more accepting of the differant, the alternative, the unknown etc (especially in regards to our music), on the more heavier/melodic songs we usually go more cryptic/poetic, we sing about lotsa stuff actuallybut as long as we are not singing about girls'n'love I'm happy
we are yet to play any shows , but hopefully we will be good enough for the summer, so If you'r from Rockingham maybe you will see us some time
